8th Annual Fool for All

Tales of Chaos and Cannolli

Performed at Gallaudet University’s Eastman Studio Theatre

This annual tradition began in 2010, with the hit Tales of Love and Sausages, followed by Tales of Courage and Poultry, Tales of Marriage and Mozzarella – a production known for including a real live wedding – Tales of Honor and Anchovies, Tales of Heroes and Gyros, Tales of Nookie and Gnocchi, and last year’s Tales of War and Pizza! Critics have called the “Fool for All”, “witty and intelligent,” praised its “awesome feats of physical comedy,” and declared it “thoroughly enjoyable and light-hearted.”

This year, one of DC's favorite events evolves into the first ever "Fool For All" festival day! Complete with free workshops, raffle prizes, and a performance of never before seen material!

Bring the kids for a Commedia primer!
They'll learn about stock characters, how our plays are made,
and even get to make a mask they can take home!

Slapstick!
Come get physical - with an hour of fun fracas,
boistrous battle and comic combat!

Always wanted to come play? Here's your chance!
In this sampler workshop, you'll get to play on your feet,
learning about Commedia's traditions and favorite jokes!
